基于群体可拓模糊综合理论的绿色低碳高速公路评价研究

     

摘要

为了评价高速公路的绿色低碳程度,基于绿色低碳的特性,以群决策可拓层次分析法和多级模糊综合评价方法为基础,构建了绿色低碳等级评价模型。根据高速公路运营管理的实际情况,首先从综合运营指标、能源环境指标以及养护管理指标3个方面构建了评价体系,然后用群决策可拓层次分析法计算权重,接着利用模糊综合评价方法计算高速公路绿色低碳等级。最后通过案例,以某段高速公路为例对其绿色低碳程度进行了评价,结果显示模型能够有效地解决高速公路绿色低碳评价问题。%Considering the characteristics of green and low carbon of a highway, a model was built based on the group decision extension AHP and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the carbon degree of a highway. First, indicators of three aspects of a green highway, namely, comprehensive operation, energy conservation as well as maintenance and management, were used to build an evaluation index system, then, the index weights were computed based on the group decision extension AHP. Coupled with multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, an evaluation model for low carbon Green highway was established. Finally, the carbon degree of a highway was evaluated as an example. The results showed that the model could effectively solve the evaluation problem of a multiple attribute green highway.
