基于改进SWOT法的我国铁路铁水联运发展战略研究

摘要

Having analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Chinese railway rail-water combined transportation with the traditional SWOT analysis method. the SWOT matrix and a series of development strategies were formed. Aimed at the lacks of the traditional SWOT analysis method, the expert system and the analytic hierarchy process methods were introduced to carry on an qualitative and quantitative SWOT analysis model, which was used to study Chinese rail-water combined transportation development strategy. This research result could be a reference to Chinese rail-water combined transportation development.%首先采用传统的SWOT分析法对我国铁路铁水联运发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析，并构建SWOT 矩阵，形成铁路铁水联运发展的一系列策略；针对传统 SWOT 分析法定性分析的不足，引入专家系统和层次分析法构建定性与定量相结合的SWOT分析模型，用该模型有针对性地研究了我国铁路铁水联运发展的战略选择，为我国铁路铁水联运的发展提供了导向。
