航道维护船艇远程监测中心站系统研究

摘要

This paper presents a remote monitoring and technical management system for inland waterway tender fleet. It proposes the functional requirements for a fleet remote monitoring and technical management center system, and describes the key technologies needed to meet these requirements. Furthermore, the paper describes the overall architecture, and central system design.
