AIM: To investigate the effect of nimodipine on nerve function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. METHODS: A total of 134 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted into Second Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from May 2014 to November 2015 were retrospectively selected as the objects of study and divided into treatment group and study group according to different treatment methods, with 67 cases in each group. The treatment group was only given basic hemostasis, antihypertension and anti⁃inflammation treatment, while the study group was given nimodipine on the basis of basic treatment. The serum inflammatory factors, nerve function and side effects of two groups were observed. RESULTS: The level of serum inflamma⁃tory factors, improvement of neural functional deficit score were obviously higher than those of the treatment group, with statisti⁃cally significant differences ( P<0.05) . During the treatment, the incidence of side effects in study group was 11.94%, while that of the treatment group was 4.48%, and the incidence of side effects in study group was obviously higher than that of the treatment group, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) . CON⁃CLUSION:Nimodipine has a significant effect on the degree of nervous functional defect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which probably connects with the regulation of serum inflammatory factors TNF⁃α, IL⁃1β, hs⁃CRP .%目的：探讨高血压脑出血患者服用尼莫地平片对神经功能与血清炎性因子的影响．方法：回顾性选取新疆医科大学第二附属医院2014－05／2015－11接诊的134例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象，依据不同的治疗方式，将仅给予基础止血、降压、消炎等治疗的患者列为基础治疗组（ n＝67），将基于基础治疗，加用尼莫地平的患者列为研究治疗组（n＝67）．观察两组患者血清炎性因子、神经功能与副反应情况．结果：研究治疗组血清炎性因子水平、神经功能缺损评分（ NIHSS）的改善幅度均明显高于基础治疗组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．治疗期间，研究治疗组副反应发生率为11．94％，基础治疗组副反应发生率为4．48％，研究治疗组副反应症状较基础治疗组明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：尼莫地平能够明显改善高血压脑出血患者的神经功能缺损程度，其机制可能与调节血清炎性因子TNF⁃α、IL⁃1β、hs⁃CRP有关．
