论《管子》与《孟子》人才思想的异同

《管子》和《孟子》都反映了战国时代的人才思想与价值观念。但作为春秋时代管仲思想记录与发挥的《管子》和作为战国时代孟子思想记录的《孟子》，二者的人才思想还是有较大区别的。深入研究二者之间人才思想的异同不仅具有较高的学术价值和现实意义，而且对于探讨政治家和思想家之间的思想特点和价值取向具有重要的意义。%The thoughts on talents and values of Warring States Periods are shown in the books of Guanzi and Mencius, the former recording the thoughts of Guanzhong who lives in the Spring and Autumn Period and the latter recording the thoughts of Mencius who lives in the Warring States Period. There exist big differences in their thoughts on talents, though. A deep research on similarities and differences between them is of great significance not only in academic fields and practical life, but also in the discussion of thought characteristics and value orientations between a politician and a thinker.
