提高自体脂肪移植成活率的临床研究进展

[Summary] As an important plastic and reconstructive technology, autologous fat transplantation is linked with low graft survival rate. To solve this problem, many scholars have done a lot of study on donor site, fat harvest, processing and reinjection. In this paper, the research progress of these aspects was reviewed.%自体脂肪移植是整形外科用于美容与重建的重要技术之一，但始终面临着成活率较低的问题。为此，针对脂肪的供区选择、获取和处理方法，以及移植技术等方面分别进行了大量研究。我们就脂肪移植的临床进展进行综述。
