H型钢地连墙支撑动载应变测量和分析

     

摘要

In the design of Diaphragm Wall support we just consider the action of earth pressure, then a safety factor which is greater than one will be multiplied to offset the impact of complex dynamic load at construction site according to the experience of the designer. However, there are no data to reflect the impact to the support after dynamic load, this paper is to measure and analyze the force characteristics of the support under dynamic load. Three measuring points of beam support was selected, the strain of the upper and lower surface of the beam was to be measured using electrometric method of gauges. The force case of the beam support was simplified to axial force and bending moment at both ends. The axial force and bending moment could be calculated after the data of strain measured yet. The results show that the impact to the beam support of dynamic load is very small compared with the earth pressure combined with the results of static analysis. Therefore, the safety factor should be selected reasonably with a large number of measured data and should not be too large, otherwise it will result in material waste and hour of delay.%天津市文化中心交通枢纽工程基本为地下空间施工,其中一侧采用地连墙技术,支护结构由H型钢支撑与附近架体组成.在设计地连墙支撑时往往只考虑土压力的作用,然后凭借设计者的经验乘以一个大于1的安全系数以抵消施工现场复杂动力荷载的影响.然而并没有数据反映动力荷载对支撑的影响,本文就是要测出其影响并分析支撑在动载下的受力情形.采用的方法为应变片电测法,选取3个型钢支撑为测点,测出所选测点在动力荷载作用下,上下表面的应变值.将型钢支撑简化为两端受轴力与弯矩作用,根据测得的应变数据计算出轴力与弯矩值.结合静力分析结果发现,动载对支撑的影响与土压力相比非常小.所以,安全系数应结合大量实测数据合理选取,不应太大,否则会造成材料的浪费以及工时的耽误.
