一种新型荧光传感器用于果糖的识别与检测

     

摘要

以间氨基苯硼酸和间苯二胺为功能单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水溶液中通过自由基聚合反应得到(间氨基苯硼酸-间苯二胺)聚合物.通过荧光光度计检测该聚合物激发波长为297,nm,发射波长为375,nm.实验证明糖类可以淬灭聚合物的荧光,其荧光猝灭程度具有果糖>甘露糖>葡萄糖>蔗糖的规律.在pH 10.0条件下,聚合物的相对荧光强度随果糖浓度的增加而降低,线性范围为10-7~10-2,mol/L,最低检测限为10-8,mol/L,可用于饮料中果糖含量的测定,具有一定的应用价值.%Using aminophenylboronic acid and m-phenylenediamine as functional monomers,ammonium persulfate as initiator,aminophenylboronic acid-m-phenylenediamine polymer was synthesized through free radical polymerization reac-tion in aqueous solution. The excitation wavelength and emission wavelength are 297 nm and 375 nm,respectively. Experi-ments proved that fluorescence of the polymer can be quenched by saccharides whose efficiency is in the following order:fructose> mannose> glucose> sucrose. Under pH 10.0,the fluorescence intensity of the polymer decreased linearly with the increase of the concentration of fructose in the range of 10-7-10-2 mol/L and the detection limit was 10-8 mol/L. The feasibility of the resulted material for the detection of fructose has also been demonstrated with samples.
