远程开放教育教学团队建设的可持续发展探析

In view of the basic characteristics of the teaching mode in the distance and open education, teaching team construction and team-work teaching have a profound and far reaching significance. For the distance and open education, the modernization of the teaching means and the open school principle require teaching team construction.All-pervasive support service systems, good team work culture, reasonable structure, performance appraisal, the incentive mechanism are basic strategies for teaching team construction and sustainable development.%　　鉴于远程开放教育教学模式的基本特征，建设教学团队，实施团队化教学具有重要的现实意义。远程开放教育教学手段现代化与开放办学理念需要教学团队建设。构建全面的服务支撑体系，培养良好的团队文化，搭建合理的梯队结构，建立绩效评价和激励机制是教学团队建设和可持续发展的基本策略。
