关于中国开放大学体系建设的若干思考﹡

摘要

The construction of the Open University system is a national strategic layout to speed up the development of continuing education, is an important measure to serve for the construction of national power, human resource of lifelong education system and learning society. Chinese Open University system should be not only“of indomitable spirit” but also“overwhelming”, which is composed of national Open University and Open University.If we want to run well two systems of national Open University,we are required to run the local Open University. Under the guidance of national Open University, our country should run Tianjin Open University well, in win-win cooperation with brother Open Universities and other Radio & TV Universities.%　　构建开放大学体系是国家加快发展继续教育的战略布局，是国家建设人力资源强国、终身教育体系和学习型社会的重大举措。中国开放大学体系既要“顶天立地”，也要“铺天盖地”，它是由国家开放大学和地方开放大学组成的。办好中国开放大学和国家开放大学两个体系，都要求办好地方开放大学。要在国家开放大学的指导下，在大力推进与兄弟开放大学、电大的合作共赢中，办好天津开放大学。
