浅谈地级市电大开放教育教学督导机制的构建

摘要

通过分析地级市电大在电大系统架构中所处的地位和职能，得出本级电大开放教育教学督导机制的性质定位；从“服务质量观”的视角出发，界定教学督导机制构建中的“教学质量”的核心概念；全面归纳地级市电大教学督导的主要内容；分析地级市电大开放教育教学督导机制和开放教育教学服务系统的构成要素及其之间的关系；提出地级市电大开放教育教学督导机制的构建模式；从而肯定地级市电大教学督导机制在远程开放教育中的作用。%Through analyzing the status and functions of municipal TV University on TV University system, this article gets the location of the teaching supervising in municipal TV University open education. From“the concept of service quality”,“the teaching quality” is defined as the core concept of the teaching supervision mechanism.This essay concludes the main contents of the teaching supervising in municipal TV University open education.With the viewpoint and method of the system analysis, it makes an analysis on the elements of teaching supervision mechanism and teaching service system of municipal TV University open education, and also the relationship between them. Based on above analysis, this paper puts forwards the construction model of the teaching supervision mechanism of municipal TV University open education. Finally the authors affirm the role of the teaching supervision mechanism of municipal TV University in distance Open University in the future.
