老年代谢综合征及其组成成分与脉搏波传导速度关系

         

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the effect of metabolic syndrome (MS) on arterial stiffness in elderly people. Methods: Four hundred and twenty-six elderly subject, (70.72 years old in mean) were recruited for this study. Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), a measurement interpreted as arterial stiffness, were measured by the YP-1000 automatic arteriosclerosis measurement system. Logistic regression were used to examine the relationship between MS and its individual components and baPWV. Results: Two hundred and twenty-one (51.9%) were found to have MS. Subjects with MS showed significantly greater baPWV than those without MS(P<0.05).Moreover a significant linear trend of risk for the number of components of MS was found. In further considering the individual MS component, elevated blood pressure and fasting glucose and elevated triglyceride and low HDL cholesterol significantly predicted a high risk of arterial stiffness. Conclusion: M S affects the subject's progression to arterial stiffness. Arterial stiffness increased as the number of MS components increased. Management of MS is important for preventing the progression to advanced arterial stiffness.%目的:研究老年代谢综合征及其组成成分与肱踝脉搏波速度的关系,探讨老年代谢综合征及其组成成分对动脉硬化的影响.方法:选择健康体格检查的老年人426例,其中男性349例,女性77例,年龄60~80岁,平均年龄为(70.72±5.23)岁.采用VP-1000全自动动脉硬化检测仪和健康问卷的方法获取双侧肱-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、血压、一般情况、病史等资料,并进行代谢综合征相关资料的分析和统计学处理.结果:老年代谢综合征患者221例,总发病率为51.9%,与非代谢综合征受试者比较,老年代谢综合征患者平均baPWV显著增高(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析显示,随着代谢综合征组成成分个数的增加,baPWV有显著增高的趋势;代谢综合征组分高血压、高血糖、高甘油三酯血症及低高密度脂蛋白血症对baPWV的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年代谢综合征及其组成成分是动脉硬化发生发展的独立危险因素.
