高职院校的科研工作刍议

摘要

科研工作是一所院校核心竞争力的体现，它可以促进教育教学改革，全面提升办学质量，可以起到提高师资队伍的整体水平，更好地服务学生、服务社会的作用。因此要加强科研团队建设、加快科研成果转化，完善科研评价体系，以增强高职院校的科研竞争力。%Scientific research level reflects the core competitiveness of a vocational college. High-level researches can not only promote the reform of education and teaching but also improve the quality of college-running and the level of the whole faculty in a comprehensive way. Thus, the college concerned can provide the students and the society with better service. To strengthen the research competitiveness, a vocational college should make efforts to enhance the building of research teams, accelerate the transformation of research achievements into productivity and improve the appraisal system of scientific research.
