国家治理体系现代化中的工会参与

摘要

National governance system acts as the carrier of national governance capacity.Moderni-zation of national governance capacity cannot be achieved without modernization of national govern-ance system.Labor union is an important group organization in our country,which plays an impor-tant role in the social governance system of multiple compositions dominated by the Party and gov-ernment.Labor unions'participation in social governance is of great significance to the improve-ment of the national governance system and the modernization of the national governance capacity. At present,labor union should focus on the following four aspects:organize and mobilize workers to promote economic development;express the interests orderly and maintain political stability;safeguard the rights and interests of workers and establish harmonious labor relations;participate in public governance and promote the good governance of government.%国家治理体系是国家治理能力的组织载体,没有国家治理体系的现代化就谈不上国家治理能力的现代化.工会是我国重要的群团组织,在党政主导、多元构成的社会治理体系中具有重要地位.工会参与社会治理对于完善国家治理体系、推进国家治理能力现代化具有重要意义.工会要着力从四个方面参与社会治理:组织动员职工,促进经济发展;有序利益表达,维持政治稳定;维护职工权益,构建和谐劳动关系;参与公共治理,推动政府善治.
