非自利契约论视野下的社会主义核心价值观研究

摘要

非自利契约论认为道德原则的应然性,是由平等自由的人基于某种共同的意志所达成的共识决定.平等自由基础上的道德共识、权利与义务的内在隐含、共同体的理论预设等非自利契约论的核心思想,为探究社会主义核心价值观"应然与实然、权利与义务、组织与保障"的内在学理意涵,以及将社会主义核心价值观内化为公民的普遍道德共识、外化为公民的自觉行动提供了一种新的可能路向.社会主义核心价值观只有通过"融入公民的义务意识、融入政府的责任意识和融入社会的道德习俗"的公民、政府与社会"三位一体"式的实践路径,才能切实奠定核心地位和有效统领其他社会价值取向,才能有效转化为公民的普遍道德共识和自觉道德行为.%According to contractualism,the oughtness of moral principles is decided by the consen-sus via the common will of the people with equality and freedom.The core ideas of contractualism contain the theory of moral consensus on the basis of equality and freedom,the inherent implication of rights and obligations,and the community theoretical presuppositions.Those ideas can provide a new perspective for exploring core socialist values,especially the theoretical meaning of"the ought-ness and reality,rights and obligations,organization and security,"the internalization of the social-istic core values as the universal moral consensus of people,and the externalization of conscious as the motivation of actions of citizens.Only through the practicing path of"the citizen,the govern-ment and the society,"which means"incorporating the sense of obligation of citizens,integrating into the sense of responsibility of the government and the social morality customs,"can ground the socialist core values effectively.That is,to establish their core status and guide the orientation of other values of the society,then transfer the ideas into the universal moral consensus and conscious actions of citizens.
