研究了考虑租赁返回产品的库存、再制造以及新产品生产计划和协调问题,其中租赁商负责租赁并回收产品,制造商生产新产品,同时制造商和租赁商共同刷新再造租赁到期返回产品.研究了分散决策模式下租赁商的到期返回产品最优存储、再制造策略和产品转运(给制造商)策略,以及集中决策模式下系统的最优存储和再制造策略.提出了分散决策模式下依赖租赁商再制造和转运数量的协调返回产品再制造的激励惩罚策略.最后,研究了多个同质和异质的租赁商参与产品租赁和再制造,以及多个租赁商之间存在返回产品转运的问题.%This paper studies the inventory, remanufacturing and production planning problem with consideration of production returns in the rental industry. The leaseholder recalls expired products, the manufacturer produces new products, and they both can process the product returns remanufacturing. In the decentralized channel situation, this paper studies the optimal remanufacturing, optimal storage of returned products, and transshipment policies of the leaseholder. Furthermore, the optimal remanufacturing policy is analyzed. Based on that, we propose an incentive-penalty mechanism depending on the remanufacturing and transshipment quantity to coordinate the decentralized channel. Finally, this paper explores several extensions, e.g., multiple homogenous leaseholders, heterogeneous leaseholders, and the transshipment problem of returned products.
