分销网络存储系统RFID使能的Pull控制策略

         

摘要

To improve the service level and reduce the operation cost of multi-echelon inventory systems of distribution networks,a novel electric kanban system is designed by means of the remote vision function of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology.The three key steps to realize the kanban system include fixing the container size,designing the kanban databases and establishing the globally visible kanban system with RFID and intemet.Based on the analysis of the differences between manufacturing and supply chain systems,a model of networked distribution chain system with Pull control strategies is established.Two key differences of longer lead times and bifurcated downstream loads of supply chains with manufacturing systems are described clearly in the model.The model provides a foundation to extend the optimal hybrid Pull strategies of manufacturing systems to supply chains.To verify the performances of pull strategies,a simulation system of networked distribution chain is developed.To compare the Pull and (r,Q) strategies,a simulation system for different examples is run more than hundreds times.The results show that the RFID-Enabled Pull enables to improve the performance of distribution networks under certain conditions.The mathematical and simulation models are also proved to be feasible and effective.%为提高供应链分销网络存储系统服务水平,降低运作成本,基于射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)技术设计了远程实时可视的RFID使能的电子看板系统,并对涉及的RFID标签对应的装箱规格确定、看板信息数据库设计、广域可视化看板系统构建等关键步骤进行了分析.在对分销网络系统不同于多阶段生产存储系统具有较长订货提前期和分支节点网状结构分析的基础上,基于RFID使能的电子看板系统,将多阶段生产存储系统中Pull控制方式推广到分销网络系统,并建立了Pull控制策略的分销网络模型.为比较和验证Pull控制策略性能,开发了多级分销网络仿真系统,通过对分销网络案例仿真与(r,Q)策略进行比较,验证了基于RFID使能的电子看板的Pull策略在一定条件下,能有效改进分销网络库存控制性能和所建数学模型及仿真模型的正确性和有效性.
