独立学院家庭经济困难学生认定工作的探索与思考

摘要

近年来，中央和各级政府对家庭经济困难学生的资助力度进一步加大，独立学院中家庭困难学生比例也在逐年增加。家庭困难学生的资格认定是实现有效资助的前提和基础。因此，如何完善家庭经济困难学生的认定体系和构建科学合理的救助体系是我们目前工作的重中之重。笔者在深入研究独立学院家庭经济困难学生形成原因的基础上，全面剖析认定工作现状，并进一步探讨如何完善家庭经济困难学生的认定工作。%In recent years, the central government and local governments at all levels have increased their financial aid for students from disadvantaged families. The number of disadvantaged students in independent colleges is growing year by year. Therefore, it is very important to identify these students so as to carry out effective financial aid. In this sense, it is necessary to analyze the various problems occurring in disadvantaged students' identification work seriously and perfect the qualification mechanism to build up a sound scientific aiding system. After an in-depth study of the causes for students from disadvantaged families in independent colleges, the author discusses the qualification work in an all-round way, trying to come up with effective measures to improve the identification.
