虹影小说将追求性爱欲望和颠覆传统伦理道德作为体现女性意识觉醒和女性价值认同的标志,是导致小说中女性走向悲剧命运的根本原因。小说中女性的悲剧命运反映了作者自己的困惑与迷茫,或是回归文学＂为伦理服务＂这一目的不自觉的体现。%The awakening of women＇s consciousness and the recognition of women＇s values are signified in Hong Ying＇s novels by the pursuit of sexual satisfaction and the ethics deviant from the convention, which is the fundamental cause of women＇s tragic fate in the novels. The women＇s tragic fate reveals the confusion and bewilderment of Hong Ying, which can also be interpreted as the unselfconscious regression of the rule that literature ＂serves the ethics＂.
