合并格林-巴利综合征与硬皮病的自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征Ⅱ型1例报告

摘要

Autoimmune polyendocrinopathy syndrome is a heterogeneous group of rare diseases characterized by autoimmune activity against more than one endocrine organ, although non-endocrine organs can be affected. We present a case of autoimmune polyendocrinopathy syndrome type 2 in a 42-year-old woman with Guillain-Barre syndrome and scleroderma. This combination of syndromes has not been reported and warrants further investigation.%自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征是指一组包括内分泌与非内分泌器官自身免疫病的综合征,临床上比较罕见,本文报告了1例患有自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征Ⅱ型42岁女性的病案,其同时合并格林-巴利综合征与硬皮病,此种组合国内外尚未见相关报道,值得我们进一步探讨与研究.
