2甲4氯对罂粟SOD、POD酶活性及膜脂过氧化作用的影响

             

摘要

[目的]探索一种高效、快速、安全的灭杀罂粟的化学防除方法,为利用除草剂快速灭杀罂粟提供理论基础和技术依据.[方法]在罂粟花蕾期用不同浓度的2甲4氯对植株进行喷施,喷后连续采样4 d测定叶片相对含水量(RWC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、质膜相对透性(RC)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性,研究各生理指标与处理浓度及处理时间的关系.[结果]随着2甲4氯浓度的升高,罂粟叶片POD、SOD活性和相对含水量随着喷药时间的延长呈下降趋势,在喷药后第4 d,8 g/L2甲4氯浓度处理的罂粟叶片POD、SOD活性和相对含水量最小,活性最低;MDA含量和细胞质膜相对透性随2甲4氯浓度增加呈先升高后降低的趋势.[结论]1、2、4、8 g/L 2甲4氯浓度处理在喷后4 d左右均可有效灭杀罂粟植株,且浓度越高灭杀时间越短.在实际应用时需根据环境条件和时间要求,选择相应的药剂浓度.%[Objective]The objective of the present study was to evaluate an eff'icient concentration of herbicide for fast and safe eradication of opium poppy (Papaver somniferum L. ) plants. [Method]Changes in relative water content ( RWC) ,malondialdehyde (MDA) content, relative permeability (RC) and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in the opium poppy were determined during hud stage after treatment with different MCPA concentrations ( 1 , 2, 4and 8 g/L). [Result]The POD and SOD activities and the RWC decreased with increasing of the MPCA concentration and with lengthening of spraying time , with the minimum values recorded at the concentration of 8 g/L MCPA after 4 days of spraying. The MDA content and RC increased initially followed hy a constant decrease with the increasing concentration of MCPA. [Conclusion]All concentrations (1 ,2,4 and 8 g/L) of MCPA were found to eradicate opium poppy plants efficiently within 4 days, however, the higher concentration of MCPA was found to shorten the elimination time more efficiently. It is necessary to choose the suitable concentration of MCPA according the environmental conditions and time required.
