新生代农民工的不良嗜好及企业社会工作介入策略

摘要

通过对新生代农民工问卷调查以及企业人力资源部主管的访谈，发现新生代农民工存在一些不良嗜好，如好赌、抽烟、喝酒、网络成瘾等，这些不良嗜好的形成是由于企业忽视员工工作之外的生活、员工亚群体思维的影响以及不适当的休闲等造成的。而新生代农民工在社会化未完成的阶段，企业有责任帮助其树立正确的价值观。将EAP应用于不良嗜好的矫正中，初步构建了EAP工作方案。%Through questionnaire survey on the new generation migrant workers and interviews with the human resources directors of enterprises , We find that the new generation migrant workers have some bad habits,such as gambling, smoking, drinking, Internet addiction.These bad habits are caused by enterprises'negligence on employees'after-hour life, the influence of the Subculture Group of employees ,and inappropriate leisure .And now new generation migrant workers are on the socialization unfinished stage, enterprise should help them set up the correct values .The article applies EAP to bad habits cor-rection,and construct a preliminary plan for EAP .
