Based on the survey of 218 rural-households in the northern region of Hunan province,this pa-per constructs three logistic regression models to test the effect of rural-household differentiation on capi-talization intention of farmland management rights.The results show that rural-household differentiation has a direct impact on the capitalization intention;and the higher degree of their horizontal differentiation and vertical differentiation, rural-households will be more willing to capitalize farmland management rights; the vertical differentiation has indirect effects on the capitalization intention by influencing their land functional preferences,the higher degree of vertical differentiation,the more preferred land property function,and thus the rural-households are more willing to capitalize.But the intermediary effect of the land function preference between rural-households'horizontal differentiation and capitalization intention of farmland management rights is not significant.Several factors like the education level,the number of workforce member with non-agricultural skills in a family,the degree of land concentration as well as vil-lage cadres'supports have a significant positive impact on the capitalization intention.%基于对湖南湘北地区218户农户的调查,构建3个Logistic回归模型实证检验农户分化对农地经营权资本化意愿的影响.研究表明:农户分化对农地经营权资本化意愿具有直接影响,农户水平分化和垂直分化程度越高,农户越愿意进行农地经营权资本化;农户垂直分化通过影响农户土地功能偏好进而对农地经营权资本化意愿产生间接影响,农户垂直分化程度越高,越偏好土地的财产功能,进而越愿意进行农地经营权资本化;土地功能偏好在农户水平分化和农地经营权资本化意愿之间的中介效应不显著;户主文化程度、家庭非农技能劳动力成员、土地集中度、村干部支持程度等因素对农户农地经营权资本化意愿具有显著正向影响.
