无喷管助推器组合药柱研究

         

摘要

为提高无喷管助推器的有效比冲,研究了由2种不同燃速推进剂组成的组合式药柱助推器性能.采用一维非定常变截面有加质内弹道计算模型,考虑推进剂侵蚀燃烧等因素的影响,针对3种方案组合药柱(前后串装分段药柱、恒定厚度层分层药柱、可变厚度层分层药柱)分别进行了数值计算.计算结果表明,组合药柱可使无喷管助推器的压强峰值降低,平均工作压强提高,从而提高助推器有效比冲和补燃室壳体强度利用率,对无喷管助推器性能和固冲发动机总体性能有明显改进.%For increasing the specific impulse of nozzleless booster, the performance of dual burning rate grain was analyzed. Taking into account the erosive burning,the numerical calculations were made for three types of the combined grain (segmented grain, fixed and variable thickness layered grain) by using one-dimensional unsteady interior ballistics model. The results show that the combined grain could reduce the peak pressure and increase the average pressure of the nozzleless booster, and improve the nozzleless booster's specific impulse and make the strength of the ramjet combustor case be better used, which will obviously improve the performance of the nozzleless booster and ramjet motor.
