Planar and uniaxial tests were implemented to obtain the parameters for the 3rd-order 5-item hyperelastic conslital model of flexible joint elastomer, with FEM calculation, the model was proved superior. In order to measure the shear modulus the elastomer under different pressures, biaxial tensile device and three-board sample were designed,and the compression-shear 1 and FEM simulation were performed. The test results show that the shear modulus of the elastomer rises with enhancing compr sion. The swing process of flexible joints under different pressures was numerical simulated. The reason why deflection torque de ese with enhancing pressure is that the shear stress distribution has changed.%通过单轴拉伸与平面拉伸试验,得到了柔性接头弹性件橡胶材料“三阶五项式”超弹本构模型参数,通过有限计算证明了该模型的优越性.为了获得柔性接头弹性件材料剪切模量随容压的变化规律,设计了双轴加载试验装置和征柔性接头弹性件的三重片试件,进行了压缩剪切联合加载试验及有限元数值模拟,发现橡胶材料的剪切模量随压强的高略有增加.数值模拟柔性接头不同压强下的摆动过程,发现随压强升高弹性件的剪应力分布变化明显,这正是随压强高摆动力矩下降的内在原因.
