介绍了固冲发动机补燃室内凝相粒子取样试验系统,系统采用等动力原理进行设计,对采集到的粒子进行了后处理.研究结果表明,固冲补燃室粒子取样方法能有效开展补燃室内粒子取样.粒子形状多为球状,在0.5~0.8 MPa下,推进剂燃烧产物粒径分布范围在0.5 ~80 μm之间.进气角度为60°时,其凝相粒子粒径小于30°时的粒径.将头部长度增加到182 mm时,粒度分布出现了多峰分布,粒径变小.二次进气方式时,其粒径相对一次进气的粒径较小.%A system of sampling in secondary combustion of solid rocket ramjet was presented. The technique of equivalent dynamics was adopted in the system. The results show that this system is efficient in sampling. Most of condensed particles is solid sphere. The particle size ranges from 0.5 μm to 80 μm under the condition of 0. 5 MPa to 0. 8 MPa. The size of particle decreases with the air injecting angle increasing from 30° to 60°. The granularity of particle is in multimodal distribution, the size becomes smaller when the length of foreside increases from 82 mm to 182 mm. The size of particle is smaller in secondary air injection than in first air injection.
