TGA测试含硼富燃料推进剂发火温度实验研究

         

摘要

The TGA experiment of different boron based fuel-rich propellant in certain conditions was done to investigate the feasibility of the method and the effect of initial temperature, heating rate, mass of propellant, crucible and formula were studied by the change of experiment conditions. The results show that the ignition temperature could be tested accurately by using of TGA and the results have strongs generality; initial temperature and heating rate have little effect on the ignition temperature and the ignition temperature in air is lower than that in argon;the ignition temperature tested with alumina crucible is lower than the one with high pressure crucible;the ignition temperature decreases with the increasing content of HMX, Mg and boron.%采用一定实验条件下的TGA实验,对不同含硼富燃料推进剂发火温度进行测试,以验证方法的可靠性,并在此基础上,研究了初始温度、升温速率、装药量和坩埚等实验条件,以及配方对此方法测定的发火温度的影响.实验结果表明,采用TGA对含硼富燃料推进剂的发火温度进行测试具有较高的精确度,实验结果的通用性也较高;初始温度及升温速率基本不影响此方法测得的推进剂的发火温度;与氩气气氛相比,空气气氛下的含硼富燃料推进剂发火温度降低;在使用高压坩埚的情况下,推进剂的实测发火温度降低;使用HMX代替含硼富燃料推进剂中的AP、使用镁作为金属添加剂,以及增加推进剂中硼粉的含量,都能降低合硼富燃料推进剂的发火温度.
