高固含量改性双基推进剂的烤燃试验研究

     

摘要

The thermal explosion critical temperature of screw extrusion modified double base propellants ( GLX⁃propellant ) with high solid content were measured by the non finite cook⁃off test.The relationship between RDX content and critical temperature and the scaling effect on critical temperature of grain were discussed.The iso⁃thermal decomposition kinetic parameter of GLX⁃pro⁃pellant were obtainted by means of high pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC).The influencing mechanism of RDX con⁃tent of GLX⁃propellant on critical temperature was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of RDX content from 0% to 50%,critical temperature increases from 134.5 ℃ to 156.1 ℃,critical temperature of GLX⁃4 grain whose length to diameter ratio was 1 and diameter were logarithmic relation;The thermal decomposition temperature increases from 201.8 ℃ to 206.2 ℃(β=10℃/ min)by PDSC under 3 MPa.All of that indicate the thermal stability is improved.Meanwhile,the thermal decomposition active energy increases from 161.0 kJ/mol to 181.9 kJ/mol with the increase of RDX content,which reveal theory evidence of decomposi⁃tion dynamics under high pressure about critical temperature increase in cook⁃off test.%采用非限定烤燃试验,测定了高固含量改性双基推进剂药柱的热爆炸临界温度,讨论了固含量与临界温度的关系及临界温度的尺度效应;通过高压热分解研究,获得了高固体含量推进剂热分解反应非等温动力学参数,探讨了固含量对临界温度的影响机理。结果表明,固含量由0%增加至50%,热爆炸临界温度由134.5℃上升到156.1℃,3 MPa压力下第一热分解峰温由201.8℃上升到206.2℃(β=10℃/min),表明热稳定性增加;长径比为1的GLX⁃4药柱临界温度与直径的对数呈线性关系。此外,随着固含量升高,热分解活化能由161.0 kJ/mol升高到181.9 kJ/mol,揭示了烤燃试验热获得的爆炸临界温度升高这一现象的高压热分解动力学理论依据。
