流体二次喷射推力矢量控制技术研究进展

         

摘要

This paper introduces the operating principle of fluidic secondary injection and presents a brief review of the recent progress on the three types available thrust vector control techniques including vortex valve,shock induction, and throat injection. The fire tests of vortex valve and shock induction have been carried out in principle.The corresponding results are encouraging, which can support the engineering application of these techniques.In addition,the cold-flow tests on throat injection method have been performed to obtain the features and general rules for thrust regulation.However,many efforts still need to be made before put-ting these thrust vector control techniques into practical engineering applications.Finally,some important issues regarding thrust vec-tor control technique with fluidic secondary injection for solid rocket motor are proposed,which may provide a meaningful data sum-mary for the future research work.%介绍了流体二次喷射推力矢量原理,对该领域主要的涡流阀、激波诱导和喉部喷射三种技术的研究进展进行了归纳分析.其中,涡流阀和激波诱导技术均进行了原理性点火试车,获得了较好的控制效果,奠定了工程应用基础;喉部喷射技术也完成了冷流试验,获得了推力控制调节的特性和基本规律,具有较高的研究价值.然而,各种流体二次喷射推力矢量控制技术离工程实际应用还存在一定差距.最后,对固体火箭发动机的流体二次喷射推力矢量控制技术研究需重点关注的问题提出了建议,以期为后续研究工作提供一定的借鉴和参考.
