丝绸服装企业供应商评价指标体系研究

     

摘要

Silk garment enterprises are characterized by high requirements for suppliers'small-lot,multispecies and tight delivery and afterfinish technology,deep processing degree and product standardization degree.To improve the comprehensive strength of silk garment enterprises,this paper first analyzes characteristics of silk garment enterprises with literature analysis method,questionnaire survey and interviewing method and mathematical analysis method based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and grey theory,establishes a supplier evaluation index model,obtains 6 primary indexes and 22 secondary indexes and measures index weight with analytic hierarchy process; and finally evaluates supplier C with a good comprehensive reflection with grey analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation result is consistent with the reality,thus proving the feasibility of the index model which is worthy of being promoted among enterprises.The research also shows that grey analytic hierarchy method has a strong operability in supplier grade evaluation under the condition of less amount of information and fuzzy information.%丝绸服装企业具有对供应商小批量、多品种、交货紧的要求较高,以及对供应商后整理技术、深加工程度、产品标准化程度要求相对较高等特点.为提高丝绸服装企业综合实力,在层次分析法与灰色理论相结合的基础上,采用文献分析法、问卷调查与访谈法、数学分析法,首先分析丝绸服装企业特点,建立供应商评价指标模型,得到了6个一级指标,22个二级指标,并利用层次分析法权衡指标权重;最后利用灰色层次分析法评价综合反映较好的C供应商,评价结果与实际相符,证明指标模型的可行性,值得在企业中推广.研究还表明灰色层次分析法能在信息量少、信息模糊的情况下进行评价,帮助公司进行供应商等级评价,操作性强.
