精神病患者社区非自愿治疗域外考察

摘要

全世界有超过75个国家和地区实行精神病患者社区非自愿治疗.本文重点介绍加拿大的社区非自愿治疗的实行情况.有证据证明社区非自愿治疗对于精神病患者的治疗有良好效果.但对于社区非自愿治疗的有用性和道德规范也有怀疑.在目前还有很多问题需要解决, 这需要法律和决策者们的共同努力.%More than 75 countries and regions have adopted community treatment orders (CTO) for mentally disordered persons. The experiences of implementing community treatment orders in relevant countries and regions, especially, in Canada are introduced. There are evidences supporting the positive effect of CTO although it encounters challenges to its effectiveness and ethics evaluation, which needs the shared efforts of lawmakers.
