基于协同创新理念的高职院校校企合作党建初探

Under the tendency of close college-enterprise cooperation and the background of improving the training qual-ity of party members among university students, technical, organizational and institutional collaboration are adopted for the purpose of achieving the win-win situation, integrating educational resources of colleges and enterprises, promoting the depth of college-enterprise cooperation and improving the training quality of the party members among university students with the concept of collaborative innovation.%在高职院校校企深度合作的大趋势下，在提高大学生党员培养质量的大背景下，以协同创新理念为引领，通过技术协同、组织协同、制度协同等方式，整体推动学校党建与企业党建的资源共享与合作共赢，有利于整合校企教育资源，推进校企深度合作，提高大学生党员培养质量。
