摘要

The functions of the key teachers in the construction of specialty clusters mainly include cultiva-tion of students working competence, specialty expertise, integrity of vocational quality; assisting the management of specialty clusters to seek market and training programs; carrying out routine teaching, paying attention to practical teaching;and performing researches of enterprise-based in-post working practice.%在高职院校专业群建设中,骨干教师的作用表现在:学生的岗位实践能力和专业技能的培养;学生综合职业素质的教育;协助专业群经理瞄准市场设置专业和培训项目;落实教学内容,突出实践技能教学;学生顶岗实习的推进工作以及校企合作的研究等方面.
