泄爆板开启规律及对室内爆燃压力的影响

     

摘要

建立各类泄爆板运动方程,确定室内气体的有效泄流面积.基于热力学和空气动力学原理,分析可燃性气体混合物室内爆燃泄放过程.考虑泄爆板开启方式,提出了室内爆燃压力的计算方法,运用已有实验数据验证其有效性.研究在立方体爆室和球形爆室外墙及屋面安装各类泄爆板时,室内爆燃压力的变化过程,结果表明,泄爆板转动合页位于外墙泄压口侧或下边缘时,泄压效果较好.与立方体爆室相比,球形爆室内最大泄放压力较高,但爆燃持续时间较短.%The motion equations of various vent panels were established. The effective vent areas of interior gas were obtained. The vent deflagration process of the combustible gas mixture was analyzed on the basis of the theory of thermodynamics and aerodynamics. The calculation method of interior deflagration pressure was proposed in consideration of the opening patterns of vent panels, and its efficiency was verified by the existing experimental data. The results computed for the cube and sphere enclosures with various vent panels in their exterior wall and roof show that the vent panels whose hinges were installed in the side or bottom edge of the vent of the exterior wall have better effect of pressure reduction. Under the same condition, the reduced pressure of sphere enclosure is greater than that of the cube enclosure, while the deflagration duration of sphere enclosure is shorter than cube enclosure.
