极宽调制式永磁电机削弱齿槽转矩分析与实验

             

摘要

The existence of cogging torque may cause the torque vibration and noise for motor.In view of the generation mechanism of cogging torque,several existing methods of reducing the cogging torque were compared and the feasibility of pole width modulation permanent magnet motor in reducing the cogging torque was proposed.The finite element electromagnetic field analysis software Ansoft was used to carry out the simulation for both conventional surface permanent magnet motor and pole width modulation permanent magnet motor,and the cogging torque of the permanent magnet motors with above-mentioned structures was calculated.In addition,a cogging torque test system composed of such components as angle sensor,permanent magnet motor and torque wrench was designed and established to perform the experiments for the cogging torque of the permanent magnet motors with two different structures.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation ones with Ansoft.And it is proved that the method of reducing the cogging torque with the pole width modulation permanent magnet motor is correct and the pole width modulation method is also an efficient method for reducing the cogging torque.%由于齿槽转矩的存在会使电机产生转矩振荡和噪声,根据齿槽转矩的产生机理,对比现阶段抑制齿槽转矩的几种方法,指出极宽调制式永磁电机在削弱齿槽转矩方面的可行性.通过有限元电磁场分析软件Ansoft对传统表面式永磁电机和极宽调制式永磁电机进行模拟仿真,计算两种结构永磁电机的齿槽转矩,并设计构建一个由角度传感器、永磁电机、扭矩扳手等器件组成的齿槽转矩测试系统,并对两种不同结构样机的齿槽转矩进行实验.实验结果与Ansoft仿真结果具有一致性,证明了极宽调制式电机降低永磁电机齿槽转矩方法的正确性,极宽调制方法也是削弱齿槽转矩的有效方法.
