L形钢管混凝土芯柱正截面承载力研究

     

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to do research on the changing rules of bearing capacity and the influence factors of L-shaped concrete-filled steel tube core column, providing the reference for the application in engineering. According to the working mechanism and the calculation principle of finite element,a program is coded in MATLAB for its bearing capacity. By changing the parameters such as load angle, eccentricity, diameter,and thickness of steel tube, we research on the influence of the bearing capacity of the L-shaped concrete-filled steel tube core column, and compare with finite element simulation value. When in a certain eccentricity, the load angle varying from 0° to 45 °, the bearing capacity of L-shaped concrete filled steel tube column gradually decrease with the load angle increasing. When in a certain steel tube thickness and increasing diameter or a certain steel tube diameter and increasing thickness, the bearing capacity of specimens increase gradually with the steel ratio increasing. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in accordance with finite element simulation results. This conclusion has verified the feasibility of the program. We can use this program to study the L-shaped concrete filled steel tube column,in order to obtain the chan-ging rules of the bearing capacity under different parameters.%目的 研究L形钢管混凝土芯柱的承载力变化规律以及影响因素,为钢管混凝土在工程中的应用提供参考依据.方法 根据L形钢管混凝土芯柱的工作机理和有限元计算原理,编写MATLAB程序求其承载力,通过改变加载角、偏心距、钢管直径以及钢管厚度等参数研究其对L形钢管混凝土受力性能的影响,并与有限元模拟值进行对比.结果 偏心距一定时,加载角在0~45°内变化,L形钢管混凝土芯柱的承载力随加载角的增大而逐渐减小;当钢管厚度不变直径增加,或者钢管直径不变厚度增加时,试件承载力随含钢率的增加而逐渐增大.结论 数值模拟结果与有限元模拟结果吻合良好,验证了程序的可行性.可以利用本套程序对L形钢管混凝土芯柱进行进一步的研究,得出不同参数变化下试件承载力的变化规律.
