改性TiO2光催化处理染料废水

     

摘要

The TiO2 photocatalytic activity by modifying La3+-S-TiO2 photocatalyst with nonmetal sulphur and Rare Earth Ions La3 + was used to treat dyestuff wastewater in a self-made photocatalytic reactor. In the following optimal conditions: the wastewater initial concentration of 40 mg/L, pH value of 3.0, La3 + -S-TiO2 loading of 1.5 g/L, aeration amount of 0. 6 m3/L, the La3 + doping of 0. 5%, sulphur concentration of 2. 5% ,the calcining temperature of 450 ℃ ,and the calcining time of 2 h,the decolorization rate is up to 96. 2%. The immobilized La3+ -S-TiO2 photocatalyst can effectively degrade the dyestuff wastewater, exhibiting easy-operation and good feasibility without secondary pollution. Preparation of high-performance and low-cost TiO2-1oaded photocatalyst will be a hot topic on practical application of the photocatalyst in biodegradable wastewater treatment.%目的 确定催化剂制备和染料废水处理合理条件.方法 以稀土元素La3+和非金属元素S为掺杂剂,制备La3+-S-TiO2催化剂,采用自制光催化反应器处理染料废水.结果 在最佳反应条件pH值为3.0,La3+-S-TiO2催化剂投加量为1.5g/L,S掺杂量为1.2%、La3+掺杂量为0.5%,450℃煅烧2 h,染料废水的脱色率达96.2%.结论 La3+-S-TiO2光催化剂对染料废水具有较高的脱色效果,其操作简单,无二次污染,具有较好的可行性、制备高效、廉价的负载型TiO2光催化剂,寻求更好的TiO2光催化剂改性技术,从而使之能更好地应用于实际难生物降解废水的处理.
