Focusing on Marx's Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844, returning to the theoretical scene of the 1980 saesthetic debate, this paper combed the debate on the philosophical foundations of Marxist aesthetics, the humanitarianism in aesthetics and the "two scales"and "the law of beauty"between two schools based on Aesthetic and Aesthetic Discussion.It shows the controversy between two different aesthetic concepts, and presents the transformation of the old and new philosophical discourses and the way of thinking from epistemology to practice in the new period of reform and opening up.%围绕马克思的《1844年经济学哲学手稿》, 重返20世纪80年代美学论争的理论现场, 梳理了以《美学》和《美学论丛》为阵地的两个学派对马克思主义美学的哲学基础、美学中的人道主义, 以及"两种尺度""美的规律"等问题的论辩, 展现了两种不同美学观念之间的论争, 呈现出改革开放新时期旧与新两种哲学话语、思维方式由认识论向实践论的转变.
