Combined with the development of university and construction of teachers in the future of the overall deployment,according to the characteristics of the teachers and the teaching program, university teachers could be divided into three types of teaching and research,teaching and research teachers.The university teachers’ performance assessment index evaluation system is constructed. The index weight of the index evaluation system is measured with analytic hierarchy process,and the performance evaluation system is relatively scientific,reasonable,fair and effective.%结合高校自身发展的需求与未来教师队伍建设的整体部署,根据教师的自身特点及所担任课程,将高校教师分为教学研究型、教学型、研究型三种类型,构建高校教师绩效考核指标评价体系,并运用层次分析法测算指标评价体系的指标权重,形成相对科学、合理、公平、有效的绩效评价体系。
