壮骨解毒丸质量标准的研究

摘要

目的 建立壮骨解毒丸的质量控制方法. 方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对壮骨解毒丸中肉桂进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定人参皂苷Rg1的含量. 结果 TLC色谱中可以检测到肉桂；人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.037 -0.74 mg/ml范围内与峰面积值呈现良好线性关系(R3=0.9996)；平均回收率为98.68％,RSD为0.72％. 结论 液相色谱方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于控制本品质量.%Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Zhuanggujiedu pill. Methods Cinnamon was identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The content of Rg, was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results Cinnamon was detected in Zhuanggujiedu pill by TLC. There was a good linear relationship for Rg, between the input dosage and the peak area in the range of 0.037-0.74 mg/ml (R2 = 0.999 6 ). The average recovery was 98.68% (RSD% = 0.72% ). Conclusion The established HPLC method is simple, accurate with the good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Zhuanggujiedu pill.
