PI3K/Akt/Bcl-2信号通路在原发性翼状胬肉中的机制研究

             

摘要

Objective To explore the role of PI3K/pAkt/Bcl-2 in primary pterygium by detecting the expression of PI3K,pAkt,Bcl-2,Bax proteins.Methods Forty-five cases of primary pterygium were collected and divided into 3 groups according to the digression of dipping into the cornea.The expression of PI3K,pAkt,Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by immunohistochemical method in 45 cases of primary pterygium and compared with that of 10 cases of normal conjunctiva.Results The expression of PI3K,pAkt and Bcl-2 in primary pterygium group was statistically different from that of normal conjunctiva group.The expression of Bax showed no significant difference between primary pterygium group and normal conjunctiva group.The expression of PI3K,pAkt,Bcl-2 and Bax was not statistically significant among three primary pterygium groups.Conclusion The expression of PI3K,pAkt and Bcl-2 protein in primary pterygium is high,suggesting that activation of PI3K/Akt/Bcl-2 signaling pathway may play an important role in primary pterygium%目的 通过研究PI3K、pAkt、Bcl-2、Bax在原发性翼状胬肉中的表达来探讨PI3K/Akt/Bcl-2在原发性翼状胬肉中的作用机制. 方法 收集45例原发性翼状胬肉患者,根据翼状胬肉浸入角膜缘的程度分为≤1 mm、2-3 mm、≥4 mm三组,用免疫组化方法分别对45例原发性翼状胬肉组织及10例正常结膜进行PI3K、pAkt、Bcl-2、Bax检测. 结果 PI3K、pAkt、Bcl-2在原发性翼状胬肉三组中的表达与其在正常结膜组中的表达相比差异均有统计学意义,Bax在原发性翼状胬肉三组中的表达与在正常结膜组中的表达相比差异均无统计学意义.PI3K、pAkt、Bcl-2、Bax在原发性翼状胬肉三组间的表达差异无统计学意义. 结论 原发性翼状胬肉中PI3K、pAkt、Bcl-2蛋白呈高表达状态,提示PI3K/Akt/Bcl-2信号通路的活化在原发性翼状胬肉中起着重要作用.
