基于地区差异视角的乡村公共基础教育供给满意度研究——来自中国综合社会调查

             

摘要

乡村公共产品在农民的生产、生活中发挥着不可或缺的作用,其供给的数量和质量会对乡村社会经济的发展产生深远的影响.要贯彻十九大精神,"实施乡村振兴战略",提高乡村公共基础教育就是其中的重要途径.本文采用中国综合社会调查数据,基于有序probit模型,分析了不同地区农民对乡村公共基础教育供给的满意程度及影响因素,并在此基础上提出了进一步增加乡村公共基础教育投入、关注乡村公共基础教育供给机制建设等对策建议.%Rural public products play an irreplaceable role in farmers' production and living, and their quantity and quality supplied would exert a deep influence for the development village society and economy. In order to insist spirits of 19th NPC and the strategy for village prosperity, an improvement of village public basic education would be of significance. The paper, based on the data from CGSS and ordered probit model, makes an anslysis on the degree of satisfaction of village public basic education supply for farmers from different areas and related influential factors, and then makes suggestions to increase education investment in rural areas.
