大学生在虚拟与现实空间中来回切换的现实角色与虚拟角色距离常常较大，很容易产生角色冲突。在现实空间中，大学生角色具有规定性和分裂型的特征，弥漫着权力规训之压抑；在虚拟空间中，大学生角色具有开创性和统一性的特征，体验着权力虚增之快感。大学生角色冲突的表现形式有：逃避现实角色，沉溺虚拟角色；接纳现实角色，拒斥虚拟角色；混淆现实角色与虚拟角色。调适虚拟与现实空间中大学生角色冲突必须从提高大学生自身能力入手，弥合现实空间与虚拟空间的价值裂痕，增强大学生的信息撷取能力，提升大学生闲暇时间的调控能力。%There is a big difference between college students’ real role and virtual role respectively in the real space and the virtual space ,and this tends to lead to the role conflict .In the real space ,college students’ role is characterized by prescriptive nature and disruptive nature ,which suffer the pressure from power ,authority ,disciplines and admonition;in the virtual space ,college stu-dents’ role is characterized by unity and pioneering nature ,which enjoy the delight of exaggerated power .College students’ role conflict expresses itself in the following forms :the role of escaping the reality and indulging in the virtual world ;the role of accepting the reality and refusing the virtual world ;the role of confusing oneself between the real space and the virtual space .The adjustment of college students’ role conflict between the real space and the virtual space has to begin with the following aspects :improving col-lege students’ own ability ;bridging the gap of values between the real space and virtual space ;improving college students’ ability to obtain information ;bettering their ability to regulate and control their spare time .
