摘要

机械装置基本设计的创造方式可以分为两种类型:创造出从未有过的一些或全部可能的设计概念;创造出与现有设计具有相同拓扑特性的更多的或全部可能的设计概念.该论文首先介绍了一种现有的机械装置的创造性设计方法.这种方法系统地计算了全部可能的拓扑构造,这些构造与设计的要求和约束是相一致的,并与现有的设计具有相同或相似的功能,从而得到新的产品设计,避开已有的产品设计专利.从这一创造性设计方法出发,该文提出了一种实现该方法的辅助设计系统模型,着重分析了系统的框架结构和功能、人机交互等关键技术.通过该系统模型的提出,较好地实现了创造性设计方法的辅助设计系统,从而为机械设计人员积极从事创新设计、缩短机械装置设计周期起到了一定的促进作用.该课题来源于浙江省制造业信息化工程重大科技攻关项目--"基于支持智能化缝纫机创新的开发平台".通过对创造性设计方法的应用研究,使得这一辅助系统在项目的投资方(浙江飞跃缝纫机集团)的研发部门得到普遍应用,对于加速该部门新零件、新产品的开发,起到了一定的推动作用.%The creation method of mechanical device is divided into two types: one is to create some or all possible designs that have never appeared before; the other is to create some or all possible designs that have the same topological characteristics with existing designs. First, this paper introduces an existing creation method of mechanical device: This method systemically calculates all the possible mechanical topological structures that accord with designing requirements and resaictions, and have the same or similar functions with existing designs, so as to get new designs and evade the patents of existing designs. With starting with the creation method, this paper brings forward an aided design system which implements the method and emphasizes some key technologies such as system framework and functions and man-machine interaction. The system model basically implements the aided design system of the creation method so as to play an important role in some aspects such as actively working new designs for engineers and shortening the design cycle of mechanical deyice. The paper stems from the key research project of manufacture of Zhejiang province "the developing platform based on supporting the intelligent sewing machine innovates". By studying the creation method, the aided design system is used widely in the research department of the investor (the Sewing Machine Group of Zhejiang Province) and plays a role in accelerating the development of new parts and products for the department.
