驾驶室航行值班报警系统的设计

     

摘要

In order to avoid maritime accidents resulted from the consciousness decrease of the Officer Of Watch (OOW) or the OOW' s failure to perform duties, a Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System ( BNWAS) is designed according to the Performance Standards for BNWAS which was passed by Maritime Safety Committee ( MSC) of International Maritime Organization (IMO) on May 20, 2002. The system adopts a distributed-CPU and modular structure. When some abnormality happens in the bridge, the BNWAS can alert the qualified reserve OOW successively by alarm lamp and acoustic alarm in real-time, and the OOW can receive immediate assistance through the system' s emergency call function at the same time. Compared with the land industrial equipment, the BNWAS has stronger anti-jamming ability, and it is safer and more reliable.%为避免因轮船值班驾驶员(Officer Of Watch,OOW)意识水平降低或未履行职责而导致航海事故的发生,根据国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)海上安全委员会(Maritime Safety Committee,MSC)2002年5月20日通过的《驾驶室航行值班报警系统(Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System,BNWAS)执行标准》,设计BNWAS.该系统采用分布式CPU结构和模块化结构.当驾驶室发生异常情况时,该系统可实时通过指示灯和警报声逐次提醒胜任的后备值班人员,同时驾驶室值班人员可通过系统的应急呼叫功能得到及时援助.相对于陆用工业设备,该报警系统具有更强的抗干扰能力,更加安全、可靠.
