A steady-state performance analysis module of a sliding journal bearing is developed using object-oriented Modelica language in the Dymola environment,in order to set up virtual test system of sliding bearings.The module is not only has approximate accuracy with bearing calculation program of ROMAC,but also has a huge advantage in that it can be used alone as a sub-module for performance analysis,and it can easily be used to connect with mechanics,hydraulic,control modules and etc.,to make up virtual test system of bearing and to accomplish the system-level performance analysis.Developing this module provides a new method for the application of sliding bearing in virtual test system.%为了搭建滑动轴承虚拟试验系统,在 Dymola 环境下采用面向对象语言 Modelica 开发圆轴承的稳态性能分析模块。该模块不仅具有和 ROMAC 轴承计算程序接近的精度,同时还具有可以单独作为一子模块进行性能分析、也可以很容易地和其他机械、液压、控制等模块连接的优势,构成虚拟试验系统,完成系统级的性能分析。该模型的开发,为滑动轴承在虚拟试验系统中的应用提供了新思路。
