Basing on S-MAC, a new medium access control(MAC) protocol is designed, that is, a traffic-based MAC protocol using dynamic duty cycle adjustment. By improving the sleeping scheme and adding a new transfer cycle in a single cycle, E-MAC can improve the delivery ratio at a minimal energy cost. Experiments show that E-MAC outperforms S-MAC and 802.11.%在参考无线传感器网络媒体访问控制协议(MAC)———S-MAC的基础上,提出了基于流量的占空比动态调整的无线传感器网络MAC协议(E-MAC)。协议通过改进睡眠策略,增加新的数据发送周期,在提高数据转发率的同时,又实现了由此带来的额外能量损耗极小化控制。实验表明:相较于现有协议,在没有明显额外能量损耗的情况下,E-MAC协议具有更高的数据分发效率、更短的数据分发延时。
