From the perspective of reception aesthetics,the high “literariness”and “creativity”of the Pulitzer Prize for feature writing is to cater the target audience's horizon of expectation.Pulitzer Prize for feature writing will target audience’s dual “horizon of expectations”of knowledge and beauty seeking into the text and endow new meanings of high “Literariness”and “creative”to the text in the process of exceeding the horizon of expectation.%从接受美学的视角来看，普利策新闻奖特稿高度的文学性和创造性是满足目标受众“期待视野”的结果。研究表明，普利策新闻奖特稿将目标受众求知与求美的双重“期待视野”融入到文本接受的整个环节中，并在超越“期待视野”的过程中赋予文本高度的文学性和创造性以新的意义。
