油橄榄嫩枝扦插育苗试验初报

摘要

We experimented with cutting seedlings of Olea europaea L. which have been four years old, they came from Yonren city of Chuxion area , we took three medias and hormonts to deal with them. The results showed that the rooting of treatment combination is best according to comparative analysis, analysis of variance , and multiple comparison, this treatment combination is media（ turf ＋sand=1：1）,hormont（IBA,1000X 10^-6） ,and breed（soft aspen）.%开展了从楚雄永仁采集的4年生油橄榄穗条扦插育苗试验，用3种基质和3种激素对3个品种的穗条进行扦插育苗试验，采用对比分析、方差分析和多重比较分析对试验的生根率和成苗率进行分析得出：基质为草炭＋河沙-1：1、激素为IBA（吲哚丁酸）1000×10、品种为软阿斯的处理组合生根率最好和成苗率均最好。
