高职院校教学微观管理初探

摘要

The micro teaching management is the core segment of university work.By re-search on vocational micro teaching management,the essay realized that if we effectively execute micro teaching management,we must comprehend the characteristics of managing targets,identify teachers’task in the micro management,which proved significant in impro-ving qualities of vocational teaching.%教学微观管理是学校工作的核心环节。本文通过对高职院校教学微观管理研究，认识到有效进行教学的微观管理，必须了解高职教学微观管理对象的特点，明确教师在微观管理中的任务，这将对于提高高职教学质量，具有十分重要的意义。
